Product Introduction

This hybrid ceramic ball bearing consists of steel/stainless steel ferrule, silicon nitride ceramic balls, nylon retainer and rubber sealing cover. Ceramic balls bring outstanding wear resistance, high temperature resistance and insulation performance.

Installation Instruction

Keep the bearing and mounting surface clean, remove dust, burr and impurities before installation.

Apply even force during installation. Do not directly knock the outer ring or seal cover to avoid damage to ceramic balls.

Select appropriate fitting clearance according to actual working conditions.

Operation Notice

This bearing can run with or without grease lubrication. Adding proper grease can further reduce noise for heavy load scenarios.

Max continuous working temperature: 220℃. Do not exceed the temperature limit.

Avoid heavy impact load, which may crack the ceramic balls.
